1. Who we are

VJAIONIX develops governed autonomous operations technology. SAMAI is our flagship autonomous operator for Alarm Receiving Centres.

For questions about this notice or the handling of your personal information, contact hello@vjaionix.com.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect:

  • your name and work email address;
  • your organisation;
  • the type of discussion you request;
  • the message and operational context you choose to provide;
  • basic technical information used to protect the form from misuse, such as IP address, submission time and browser information.

Please do not include alarm records, CCTV evidence, passcodes, personal data about keyholders, customer-confidential information or other sensitive operational material in the website enquiry form.

3. How we use the information

We use enquiry information to:

  • respond to your request;
  • arrange a private demonstration or business discussion;
  • assess whether a pilot, partnership or operational use case is appropriate;
  • protect the website and contact channel from spam, fraud and abuse;
  • maintain a reasonable record of business correspondence.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

4. Lawful basis

We generally process business enquiries because it is in our legitimate interests to communicate with prospective customers, partners and investors and to protect our website. Where a conversation is intended to lead to a contract or pilot, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We limit access to people and service providers who need the information to operate the website or respond to your enquiry. Hosting and email providers may process limited data on our behalf under their applicable terms and safeguards.

We do not disclose enquiry information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

6. How long we keep information

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the business relationship, meet legal or accounting requirements, and protect legitimate business interests. Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries may be deleted or anonymised when they are no longer required.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

To exercise a right, email hello@vjaionix.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Cookies and analytics

The current website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural profiling. It uses only functionality required to deliver the pages and contact form. This notice must be updated before analytics, marketing tags or other non-essential cookies are introduced.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this notice when the website, company structure or processing activities change. The current version will be published on this page.
